Not very happy
We recently stayed this past week. My spouse and I and my sister and brother-in-law stayed at Golden Moon and I will start by saying we was not too happy first of all my spouse and I found out that are points had been taken are points was zero. After playing for over two years and have a lot of points to find out it was zero second thing be safe in our room was not working. When we arrived we asked for someone to fix a safe took two days to get it working. Could not get coffee our coffee cups in our room. We had to go get it ourselves. My spouse called three times asking for an extra blanket we never got the blanket other than that it was not that good. The staff was not as nice as had been in the past and the service was not good at all. I believe the staff needs to listen to the paying customer and see if they can make your stay enjoyable because they are other casinos. Besides Pearl River resort including right here in Alabama.
