My first experience was that workers there were rude. When asking questions about the inner surroundings of the casino as far as the exits and the transportation no-one had a clue. Example: ask about the exit for Euclid and the stop to catch the green trolley and it's run times? No-one had a clue, and made me feel as if I was rude for asking even when I informed them I was from out of town. Maybe Jack's should consider hiring people who have some knowledge of the casino and Cleveland surroundings R. STEELE
