Casinos in general are in business to make money. I understand this. Having considerable experience in playing in Oklahoma casinos, my 2 star rating is based on service and amenities. With exceptions, the staff at the lucky stars as a whole are not friendly and do not seem happy to be at work. It has improved from in the past, however, the payback seems to have gone down. Since it is the same at all the lucky stars, I conclude it is a management problem.
My opinion is the tribe is taking a little to much from each of my gambling dollars. Take a nickel out of the takeout and give it back. That's assuming you takeout right now is 13-18 cents. 9cents would be a nice target.
