Scioto Downs used to be a great place to go. For the past 3 years it's gotten worse... Especially the last few months. The games don't hit like they used to, so I'm assuming it started with let em win and then start turning the machines down. They're way down. I don't like most of the new games. It's not even fun to go any more unless you like to lose your money. Most people I talk to are disgusted with Eldorado. I've been going for years and used to hit jackpots... Not anymore..
