I had TWENTY FIVE nights on a superior suite in the Radisson Montevideo and honestly I would never recommend it to anyone else. It was Xmas and New Year 2018 ruined and with a great loss of money.
Even if there were a few positive points, the overall impression I have is extremely negative. Some weeks ago I got an email from the general director telling me I was no longer welcome in his hotel...that’s fine! I would never be back. Anyway, when you have staff unable to realize what’s wrong in their structure, that’s very serious. I stayed in the Radisson with my mother and 25 nights and that corresponds to almost a month and that’s why I sternly believe in my opinion.
The general director who is forbidding me to go back to his hotel forgot to consider that the Carlson Rezidor Group had given me a 100,000 golden point bonus for any hotel of the chain I wanted to book due to my problems in their franchise in Montevideo and I turned that offer down, which means that after my stay in the Radisson Montevideo I refuse to have anything to do with the brand at all.
The general director knows I want some minutes of security images regarding a certain day and have been asking that for months now, but my request was never granted.
Well, I travel all the time and having been anywhere and known all kinds of hotel and the same way my reviews can be really good, this time it was bad but I won’t be intimidated. It’s not even fair to former customers and eventual new ones.
Radisson Montevideo never again and they know this whole month where I am staying and when I can receive them to discuss my issues, in case they are willing to assume their responsibility.
If they apologize to me and my mother, even if not nearly enough, I will remove this review.
