Superficially, it's a nice place to stay. I am a Harrah's diamond member and booked a comped room for a nice birthday weekend for my wife (we live about 5 miles away). We were in a smoking room and it didn't smell much like smoke. The room had a nice patio overlooking the pool so we hung out there a lot. I would've given a 4 star rating but on our second day I dropped my phone next to the bed. When I leaned over to pick it up I caught a glimpse underneath the bed and it was alarmingly nasty. Extremely dusty and cigarette butts laying around. I understand the dust as it wasn't the easiest place to clean with a vacuum but easy enough to reach with a wand attachment. We just went ahead and skipped our second night there and came home.
