Absolutely fantastic!!! We had an absolutely fantastic cruise experience with this cruise line on their ship, the Sea Princess. Our cabin was great with a super comfy mattress; the dining rooms and specialty restaurants, cafes and bars were amazing; the quality and range of the all inclusive food was just as amazing (oh those desserts); the all inclusive onboard entertainment including movies and live shows was first class; the magnificent atrium and the shopping boutiques and salons were great on those sea days; the activities like the workshops and karaoke nights, and and facilities like the library, table tennis, pool, spa and fitness centre were all excellent; the shore excursions were just perfect and so well organised; and to top it all off, the hardworking staff were all super friendly, always polite and helpful. It was an all round super amazing experience! There were a few minor irritations: * resolution of cabin TV wasn't the best * speed of the onboard internet service was often slow. * there was no fitness instructor in the gym to supervise and provide help and advice on how to properly use the gym equipment * opening the gym at 7am during summer was a bit late; 6am makes more sense * the photo staff a little too much in your face. * the background music in the bars was far too loud. People at a bar like to chat over a drink or two and so don't want to chat over music that is too loud. The music in bars should just be soft background music and not dominate the ambiance such as to become a real annoyance. Even though there were some negatives, our experience with Princess Cruises was overwhelmingly positive. We highly recommend cruising with Princess, and we will again.
