The front desk attendant was so rude to us yesterday morning (Mar. 30, 2018. She rolled her head, rolled her eyes and just didn't care about being polite at all. My sister got made at the way she was treating our mother, she started arguing with her. My mom told my sister to leave and then my mom asked for the manager and of course the manager wasn't there. She so rudely said that the manager wasn't there and that shed make sure she called us over the phone. My mom asked her name and she said in such a horrible way COURTNEY COLLINS. We waited a little later in the day and spoke to manager and the manager claimed that Courtney said my sister treated her as soon as they started talking and that she felt threaded. We were so surprised and shocked that Courtney lied on us and that the manager herself was rude and took up for Courtney 100% and didn't believe even 1 part of anything we told her. That was the worse service we have ever had and we will never go back and we will make sure to complain to everyone we know that this place is the worse.
