I'm so upset right now. I called last week to make a reservation for this weekend just to get a $100 voucher for the stay and play promo. When I check in today the front desk told me that I'm not eligible for a voucher since the promo is not in effect today! so to make the long story short the person that book my reservation screw me up, front desk is telling me they give the wrong information. Pretty much she's saying screw you in a nice way. I ask for the manager and he's gone for the day! I can't cancel my reservation because they already
charge my credit card. Drove 700miles today just to be here and this is what I get. Poor communication bad management! there goes the $160 room
