If I could I would rate 0. This is the worst experience I had in the US. I went to Rivers casino for buffet with my 4 colleagues. The lady asked for ID and I showed my Canadian drivers license. I was told she does not take non-US ID except passport. She can not show any written document by telling me this is their internal regulation and is not made public. I asked for the supervisor and the supervisor just defended his employee. The conversion is as follows: me: you do not take Canadian ID? 'No'. me: Where is the rule. 'It is internal regulation'. me: But you do not clearly state you do not take non-US ID? 'No, we didn't'. me: I will post my experience online. 'YES, PLEASE GO AHEAD'. Then he said: have a nice day.....At least the two people I interact are very racist. The result could be totally different if I were not an Asian. This awful experience could happen to anyone. I would never visit this casino in my lifetime. Also, the manager does totally not care I posting this experience online showing he does not care his customers. They just think there will always be enough people to come and they can pick their favorite customers and refuse the unwelcome ones.
