You get what you paid for, at $27 a night you shouldn't expect much.
Check in took well over 20 minutes at the counter because they didn't have a room for me despite my reservations that included 2 dogs. They said they were all sold out of pet rooms. The lady behind the counter was polite if not quiet as she found me a pet friendly room. Pet rooms were in a farther building away from the main casino which I liked. Room had hard wood floors for easy clean up. One of my small dogs had a pee accident which I believe he was marking from all of the other animals before. I called housekeeping who brought a garbage bag and paper towels. She acted like she couldn't believe a dog in a pet room had an accident. As I thanked her, she said there would be no way she was cleaning it up and I needed to take my dogs for a walk around the back of the property. I would never expected someone to clean up after my dog, her attitude was quite rude.
Since it is pet friendly, you need to be aware of other guests and their animals. I was walking my dogs back from around the hotel when another guest's young daughter had her larger dog break loose from her. That dog charged me as I picked up mine and walked up the stairs quickly. I had to put a foot up to keep the other dog at bay as the girl grabbed her dog's leash. After that I carried mine as we went up and down the stairs and around the immediate area of the building.
Beds were clean, the AC worked great, bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better.
