I wanna start by saying that I am originally from the Redding area. But moved a couple years ago and had to return. We made or reservations online and went to pick up our key so we had it when we returned to the room that night. When I walked into the room the bed was totally stripped of all bedding and tossed around the room. It looked like housekeeping had forgotten our room. But that wasn’t the case. They had replaced all the beds on our floor that day. They were so nice and quickly gave us a room that was ready for us to go right to sleep. I knew win river had great customer service. This just sealed it for me. I know where I’m staying from now on.
