With an abundance of great steaks to choose from in Las Vegas, Prime still takes the cake for the best food and the best view. With a request made ahead of time, we were seated at a window with a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains. Unfortunately, the night was windy, so the fountains show did not begin until the end of our meal. Our group of four each ordered a steak (Dry-aged Ribeye is the winner) and split three sides and a bottle of wine. The recommended wine paired perfectly with the meat. My favorite side-dish was the scalloped potato, though the broccoli and mac and cheese were also great.
I would return in a heartbeat.
