Last evening we went to burger king in the dining room & received the worst service in that location ever. After a 20 minute wait I went up to the counter to inquire concerning our order. I was told " We serve the drive-thru first & it's busy." Then ensured a 10 minute conversation amongst the workers about wjat order is next. I then confirmed they hadn't even started on our order. This led to us obtaining a refund as well as another couple who'd order right behind us. She stated that since under new management that location no longer provides good service. End result the Okmulgee Burger King has lost 4 loyal customers & many to come at that rate.
