Where is a 0 star when needed? Placed an order for spring rolls on 12/29/17 evening. The order was placed at 8:07PM but order wasn’t completed until 8:36PM. My little girl waited inside the restaurant the entire time. She even complimented how nice the ambience look, had a great chat with a fellow waiting customer. However, unfortunately, I will never return to take a second look at this place. Horrible customer service! A spring rolls order took 30 minutes to complete. This place is a joke! Called and wanted to talk with the owner, a male on the phone claims to be the owner when I spoke with him. Instead of offering an apology, I was given a lie stating that it only took 10 minutes, the owner should have brought up the receipt before foolishly lies. Further, owner spoke as if he did a favor for us by making the order, he missed the fact that I was a paying customer. To restaurants, a simple order may not mean much, but it is the returning customers that help supports his business. An apology would have sufficed, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and make a call if I had to wait only 10 minutes. This is not my first-time ordering from here. To the Bamboo House, arguing with the customers seems to be more professional than offering an apology. Well now I know and would love to share it with everyone.
