My family and I have been relatively routine patrons of Rí Rá since it opened, and there's definitely a lot to like. The atmosphere feels more Irish than any pub I visited in Ireland, the menu is well done, and the staff is generally excellent.
I have to give the restaurant 3/5 stars simply due to its inconsistency. I have been in on a weekend night and the food has been out of this world. I also went in with my family for my birthday a few weeks ago, ordered fish & chips (one of my favorites here, especially with some curry sauce) and received one piece of fish that was bigger than the plate. The breading was falling off and the fish itself tasted incredibly greasy. The food was long in coming, staff was generally rather inattentive, and it took long enough that I didn't have time with my ticking toddler time bomb to request they make it right.
So, long story short, if you're here during peak time when they have their experienced cooks in the kitchen and their competent staff waiting, you're in for a real treat. Any other time? Very hit or miss.
