One star rating is being too nice for the horrible customer service we received. We waited 20 minutes to be served, 20 minutes to receive our check and when I went up to the bar to ask for our check the response I got was “I’m pretty sure it’s on the table (it was not).” The manager should be training the staff and have a system in place so people aren’t waiting to be seated and served. The food was not anything to brag about & I think this could be a popular place if the employees were properly trained and there was more structure.
Nothing is more upsetting than expecting to have a nice dinner with family & it doesn’t happen.
