Poor customer service. I called the MyChoice number and was answered quickly, but the service I was provided is rated a 1 star. I want to update my address on My Choice account. While on hold for more than 3 minutes, I was transfer to a answering machine for call back service. No returned call. I wanted to update my Texas address so I could receive the Lake Charles L'Auberge Casino monthly events. My wife and I have not gone to the Lake Charles casino and wanted to receive the newsletter mailed to us so we could attend events, eat and gamble. What very poor customer service to a loyal customer.
