Took awhile to get seated which is understandable as it's a celebrity place. We ordered nachos for my wife and son to share and I ordered the ring burger medium well. After waiting 45 minutes our food came out and the nachos were cold and all soggy. My burger was raw, literally. It took another 5 minutes to get our very unattentive waiter attention to send it back. We also asked for some crisp chips for the nachos. I had to ask again later for chips . I did get another burger but we were past the point of enjoying our meal. Our waiter said he was getting the manager to take my burger off and when we got the bill it was still on it. We had to track down a manager to let her know and she did adjust the bill . We were very disappointed and hope that Guy makes a surprise visit to get his restaurant straight again. We will not return and will let our friends know to not waste their time and money here.
