Disgusting to learn how you treat your staff who helped you regain confidence in our community after the PREVIOUS "liked and loved" OWNERS Dave and Gizella left the restaurant - I revoked my 5 Stars previously granted after eating as a local at your restaurant 7 times since you recently took over last year. Very hit and MISS... we only kept coming back due to Danielle who made our experience enjoyable. Your current front of house manager is rude and wait staff are appalling and need to perhaps go and learn the basics in hospitality and customer service.... Learn how to make your risotto so it's not chalky- I don't care how many celebrities you've cooked for - if you can't make a decent mushroom risotto then hang up the apron. Your front of house staff were rude and unfriendly. They cleared away my side plates while we were still eating our mains...?? time taken to get our drinks was appalling and food was average at my last dining experience. Going down hill at each one of my dining experiences. Go to Capella's Italian restaurant in Moonta much better quality of food (at least they can cook a decent mushroom risotto), service is good and so is the wine list... nothing worse then getting told the wine you choose twice is out of stock... Once the tourists leave for the summer you need to remember it's the locals that support a business...
