The low rating is for the Xcite Theater. Went to see Dane Cook. It was my first visit. I ordered ticket with will-call pick up. Why? Because you can't purchase a ticket online if your billing address is a P.O. Box! The pick up area looks to be an afterthought. There was 1 man being serviced and I was next. There was a man behind the desk standing, a woman on the phone and another woman sitting in front of me doodling on a paper. And I continued to stand until another man came out and asked what I needed. Told him I came to pick up a ticket I ordered. He said the doodler would help me so she finally lifted her head. NOT THE SERVICE ONE IS USED TO IN A CASINO. She asked for id, looked on the computer and then asked for players card. I didn't know why. She handed it to the first man telling me she doesn't do that. Do what? The man asks who my host was? Had no idea what he was talking about. He told me I had no comp ticket. I never said that I did. Nobody asked me that question. A total lack of listening skills, customer service or patron respect since no one even apologized for my needless10 minute wait. They've been open long enough to be better. They need to get it together. Dampened my initial enjoyment of the show.
