Meal was average if that. We ordered two hot chocolates right after we ordered our meal, we were served our food and had finished eating and our drinks still hadn't arrived. After waiting at the bar for a staff member to eventually come over, our drinks were forgotten about. After further waiting they came out bland and with no apology for the wait. Both tasted like warm milk with no chocolate taste at all. Next time I will make the drive to Fitzys Loganholme. They have better service there and we've always left satisfied. Can't say the same for Waterford.
