3.5 stars Saturday night Vegas buffet. All you can eat goodness. Roast ALWAYS cooked too well done and never really warm or hot shame; much better when they had leg of cow instead of smaller roasts; had various temperatures and cooked levels then. Didn't need gravy to try to heat it back up.
Mashed potatoes, carrots & rutabaga mashed always good & hot. Salads great with exception of potato salad... always mashed up to much almost to point of being whipped. Coleslaw excellent. Bbq pork chops dry but sauce hid that fact well. Home made mac & cheese just cheesy enough to hold moisture and heat & good taste. Hard to do in a buffet setting (koodoos to the chef) turkey vegetable soup had almost too much turkey in it... good complaint to have.
Bottom line for $10 including the tip and tax... can't get a better price for quantity of food. Service very good Ruth & Rajij!
