First we waited 30 minutes on a take out order new bartender in training with out a trainer took our breakfast order, asked for payment with out giving us a check. Get back to room at Tropicana they put no condiments in bags and food was cold. All in all between dealing with Diana the Manager on Sunday day shift and refund and would only remake 2 orders she than tells me we next time check your order!!! I said really isn’t that what a manager is supposed to do make sure her staff does that. Your Patrons pay your salary as well as all the utilities. With our customers there is no Casa Taco!!! Never ever would come here again. I read some reviews after our issue and I am not the only one who has had this experience here... Tropicana Casa Taco Stay Far Far AWAY!!!!!
