I saw the Human Element. Great music, awesome venue!
However, some of your staff need customer service training. The two guys standing at the door do not have to be that sour. Tell them to smile a bit, be willing to answer questions, and be more positive.
I thought the doors opened 10:00pm instead of 10:30pm and the guy at the door said 'don't you see the time in your ticket?' as if I was the student and he was my teacher...
Also, teach the guys in the reception to smile and say 'goodnight, thanks for coming' when people leaving. It will not hurt them to be a little bit more positive and friendly.
But, overall fantastic venue and great music.
