Terrible customer service. I ordered a tea and while waiting heard an employee calling out the names of customers for their orders. When mine was called it was said in such a low tone that I was unsure so I asked if my order was ready and this employee with his condescending attitude said loudly, "that is what I said" in such a manner to make me feel like I was stupid for not understanding him the first time. A simple "Yes" would have been enough. The customer service is terrible, you feel like a beggar at the end as if a favour has been done rather than supporting a business with your cash that they need. The management of this franchise needs to train employees better on customer service, a smile and politeness wouldn't kill!
