The Cruise Web, especially the agent working with me, Kris Kiersarsky, helped me plan a trip of a lifetime for my Granddaughter and me. We toured the Western Mediterranean on the Crown Princess along with a day and a half in Rome, with a private Vatican tour and free time with a driver first, before taking us to board our ship. Kris was knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of our trip. He worked with me over 8 months of planning. He was patient, always polite, there when I had questions. Or , if not immediately available, called me back in a timely manner. He proposed and suggested alternative plans when appropriate. Most importantly he stayed connected to me through the entire trip. When I ran into some difficulties he was there to help resolve the issue. He was a phone call or an email away, which was very important to me. Cruising and traveling is costly and stressful and Kris made me feel he was just as concerned about how I was spending my money as I was. I was lucky to have Kris on my team and so isn’t Cruise Web.
