Avoid his place!!!!!
I wish I could give this place negative stars.
Took my wife and kids there for a special occasion. We had a reservation and were promptly seated. However, it all went down hill from there. The restaurant was dark and generally dirty. It smells like a sour rag. There was food on the floor beneath our table and food on my chair when we were seated. There was also a side plate on the table that had dried old, food on it.
The waiter took his time getting back to us to take our order. We ordered drinks first that arrived quickly with some fresh corn bread that was good.
Our appetizers came next that were disappointing. Truffle fries were soggy and cold with only the slightest hint of truffle. Fried mozzarella was cold and greasy.
Three out of our 4 entrees were just terrible. The turkey entree looked liked it was shoveled onto the plate from a bucket. Turkey was dry, stuffing tasteless.
Chicken carbonara had almost no chicken in it. The pasta was mushy and the sauce pasty.
Almond crusted chicken was ok with a decent portion.
Chicken pot pie was just horrible. The crust was burnt, the scant pieces of dark meat chicken were gristly. The gravy tasted like it came from a can. This was utter slop. A $.99 pot pie from the supermarket would have been better.
The waiter tried to take my kids plates twice while they were obviously still eating. When we asked for boxes for what was left, the waiter came back with boxes and proceeded to scrape off the plates into the boxes like one would scrape off mud from a shoe.
This was a horrid experience from start to finish. You would expect a lot better for the price ($120 for four people with no alcohol)
Avoid this dank, dark and dirty tourist trap. Shame on the owners and management.
