Don't get your expectations set too high. Room food service is non-existent, rented the "Master Suite" (there's only one), and would have to say that the Residence Inn is better appointed. They send you an email before you arrive asking your preferences (e.g. more pillows, towels, etc), then they don't do anything you ask.
Greek yogurt, fruit plate, and breakfast breads took 1 1/2 hours! A call to the manager didn't help as the hotel manager doesn't run the food service. No valet, no extra amenities... again, lower your expectations.
Would I stay here again? Yes. Just bring all your own stuff and don't count on the hotel to add service to the experience.
