I usually give restruants good reviews, but this McDs has HORRIBLE customer service! I guess the manager changed because they only hire family because they seem to be busy laughing and messing up peoples orders and not giving them thier receipts and always forget what to put in the bag. A friend and her sister went to this particular McDonald's and they only speaks english and she said a lady with glasses assumed she was Hispanic and started speaking to her in Spanish and when she said she doesnt speak spanish the lady started laughing and said she and an embarrassment because she didn't speak spanish! Who in the world speaks to another human being like that and just assumes thier race and than starts attacking them? This customer service has being down the drain. Retrain your employees to not be racist. That in itself is an embarrassment to have racist and ignorant employees.
