Food quality has gone down over the years or maybe just comparing to the other high end hotel's buffets it's a notch below. If you're in the dessert area and don't see something that was there earlier then ask. Many times they have them in the cabinets below. Such was the experience with the macaroons. My kids got some and then I went to get some and they were gone. I asked about it and they said they were over. Then I insisted on speaking to the manager and the person behind the counter gets me five but I noticed they had a huge tray full of them and she wouldn't bring them out. For the price of the buffet I would think they would have much better customer service.
