playing 1-3 NLH Saturday dinner special is prime rib - medium well order made at 6:25 pm my order #21 and they've been calling pass my number to 30. I'm not impressed at all! I spoke to Laura, kitchen manager and informed her about the long wait. She herself checked into it and in minutes I got my order + a reimbursement for the inconvenience.
