I've been to a few different Bigby Coffee locations and this particular location could do with some improvements. The staff is friendly for the most part, however my most recent visit was less than favorable. The young lady who greeted me was very indifferent, she barely looked at me and was extremely slow making my smoothie. She literally stopped for a few minutes, went to the back, came back out and was texting on her phone. After a few more minutes of her texting she finally gets back to the task at hand. I received my smoothie and it was pretty watery, wasn't very happy with that. Another time I went in and it was extremely hot in the cafe and it smelled horribly of sweaty arm pits. I usually sit down inside and enjoy my drinks but I couldn't stomach the repugnant smell. It smelled like a high school gym locker room. The young man who made my drink smelled disgusting but at least he was friendly, I just took my drink and left. Another notable time I came here, the bathroom doors were locked and it was still operating hours, It was maybe 6:30 pm but the bathrooms were locked. I told the staff and they said I was the first person to come in in maybe an hour and a half so nobody was in there. On top of that, neither of them knew where the bathroom key was. I was told I should just go somewhere else to use the bathroom, I found that unacceptable. I still like Bigby Coffee drinks however this location could really use some help. Its not the best but at least its convenient.
