This place is horrible! Staff could not find my booking info that was done a month prior to my arrival. Staff made me feel as though it was my fault and I needed to resolve the issue. Entrance is very dangerous! Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot. The hotel rents the parking lot to a valet company. When asked about parking for the hotel stay, the valet was very rude and treated me as though I was lying to him about staying. When the parking issue was resolved, I was sent to a gated area to an underground parking structure that is very dangerous for females and has the high potential for criminal acts to occur. When the room situation was resolved, I was placed in the 8th floor. Several room doors were opened and occupied. The people and there rooms appeared to look like they had very long stays. The room lights did not come on, the furniture is very old, no cable television or very bad reception. The casino areas appeared to be make shift areas. I used to visit this place often 15 years ago and I must say that this place is ready to be torn down. I do not feel safe here, if I known all this before had, I would have spent the extra money. Then they have you leave a $50 incidental fee, for old furniture, broken sink and two bottles of water. I have not even unpacked my bags because I don’t know if it’s safe to be here. A little higher price for a more quality place is worth it!
