We dined there early September 2013 when one of our meals was served with rotting shrimp in it. The waiter did take the plate back but the situation was never even acknowledged by the manager. After getting the bill we had to point out that they still charged us for the plate so they then removed the charge. I wrote several emails to the company but took almost 2 weeks to even get a response from the manager promising to undo our bad experience but again could not get any more responses from them. After contacting them from another way to find out what was going on, I was told they felt they satisfied my needs. They made promises to make it right but never did so, all lip service. I will never spend a dime at that place again and extremely disappointed that this was part of Circus Circus.
