I have been to the diamond buffet 3 times now hoping each would provide improvement but not so. Each time the meat (beef) roast was tough, chewy and almost raw and the crab was salty with a flexible shell that was difficult to crack and no crab cracking tools when asked. The salad bar is the worst I have ever seen, very basic and the deserts with ice cream and a few other cake items. Nothing was labeled on the steam line what it was not even the soups. For 20 bucks you should not expect anything special but you get what you pay for. Over all it is a cheap buffet, poor quality and selection. Will not be back until they improve what is needed.
