The decor was tasteful and elegant very pleasing to the eye, sparkly and shiny and just the right places. Staff wore well cut suits, and looked very pressed. They were very efficient with always a smile or seriousness depending on the moment. The room always smelled amazingly clean, the room steward also was quick and efficient no signs on the doors just little lights to let the room steward know your needs. The dining area food was very good very quick temperature nice nothing too hot or too cold complementary mineral water in the dining room special requests were accommodated immediately. The slides and water parks were phenomenal!!! Shows range from hilarious for the comedy, to fabulous theater acts. The casino was busy but never too busy stuff in there were excellent at their job. The Swarovski staircase was stunning and All of the bars are very classy looking, as well as all of the lounges. Little touches like warm croissants and pastries in a case sitting on the bar for you to take a little snack when you stop for a drink. The buffet was unlike most buffets I’ve seen excellent choices for food all kinds of beverages for free other than water tea and lemonade, the food wasn’t the same thing over and over in a different kind of sauce. On your eating tables (that were always kept clean)you had a button to press for a drink and someone came immediately to bring you one. I like that they had vegetables on their buffet and not just raw ones they had many different cuisines from all over the world, but not so much that it was overwhelming. Chocolate bar with amazing gelato and hot chocolate!! Perfectly made sandwiches European style all hours of the day! We will be cruising on MSC again and again !!!!
