Sadly what happened after the visit led to this review. I along with a family member left a couple of items in our room when we checked out. The next day we called to see if anyone had picked it up. Was told we had to file a complaint for lost and found. (Mind you it was never lost, just left behind accidentally)
After filing the complaint we got a notice back saying the items were not found and closed. Not even 24 hours and suddenly they can’t be found! Calling back we had to be sent to the housekeeping supervisors line and leave a voicemail. The line went over 20 minutes long with no voicemail! And we’ve done this twice, still no response.
Very saddening.
