Nice small cozy place. I'm rating 3 stars because even though food was tasty, the price you are paying is not only for that, it's also service and ambience. Service can definitely improve. We waited at least 15-20 minutes until waitress talked to us. Although the maitre was attentive asking if we have been asked for a drink and he was able to deliver that to us.
Another thing is, they promote a free bottle of wine if getting two entrees during the evening (5-9). We didn't know what time the restaurant closed, and when asking they say 9pm. I don't think you should accept people after 8:30 if you are going to rush your customers to leave, hence not promoting a deal until that time.
Overall good, but not worth what you are paying for.
