For a fancy place in a casino this place has some worts. Overall pretty tasty, but given the prices one expects more. Gumbo is served with only a scoop of rice, which given the humongous portion is simply not enough to achieve proper gumbo consistency, which us a real shame for a place that calls itself canjun style. Two or two and half scoops would work much better. Asking extra for extra scoop of rice is extortion at this pricing, considering it should be included to make an actual gumbo. Mostly tasty. The oyster in gumbo was way more fishy tasting than one would like. (And unlike the raw oysters, which tasted just fine.)
If none of this sways you, then consider this: Very small seating area. If you are by yourself, or just a couple that can sit on a var, then you will be fine. If you are a party of more the wait for table will be lenghty. They don't take reservation, and there is a line. Party of eight can expect an hour and half wait easily on a popular day.
