Oh where do we start with this review... We were a party of 4, with one of our group having food allergies so just wanted to pay for a single bowl of chips and full price for the other 3 ( which they have done twice before) and then we were astounded by the attitude of the staff which blew us away it was so poor.
The counter staff provided a scripted response, sorry we can't do that ( yet they have twice before ) so they called the supervisor ( Katie?) who point blank said no and we have never allowed this? So we were again asked to wait and the manager came over, only to reinforce that the new direction of food fantasy is rudeness is the first step in customer service when dealing with a customer enquiry.
So disappointed our group was by the experience, our group asked for a full refund.
Such a shame service has become so poor, a reflection of the new owners?
Food fantasy, sadly no, they have so far to go to even come close to being food average.
