The grounds, pool area and beach are lovely but need better upkeep. Two of the five stalls in the women's bathroom by the pool had broken locks and wouldn't close. The beach/pool restaurant ran out of silverware and napkins at lunch time. This hotel is the only thing in this general area so you are "stuck" with the restaurants and bars at the hotel. The food and drinks are good but pricey. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Check in was a mess. Two people checking people in with a line of about 15 -20 people waiting. Rooms are nice but balconies are very small.
