Koy' Wae' Lounge

We stayed here for 2 days in May, and must say it's the most beautiful hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms, and beautiful grounds, and an awesome pool area. The staff were really friendly and helpful in the hotel. Our problem came with the fact that we're Canadian, and they don't recognize our ID in the casino. ( They had no problem with it, when we showed it , to use our credit card to pay for the room.) We wanted to update our players' card info and were told not to bother, because we wouldn't accumulate any points, anyway. The hotel desk clerk told us that if we waited until 8:00 we could talk to the slots floor manager, and perhaps receive a discount on our hotel rate, based on our casino play - but we had to check out at 7:00, and besides , apparently we had no points , since our cards were no longer recognized. I sent an email to the hotel after we arrived home and received an acknowledgement which stated that the manager would be in touch - this was 3 weeks ago and we're still waiting. Also I should mention that the cashier doesn't accept Canadian currency to exchange. We've been coming to this hotel for 3 years now, but this was the last .
