Walked in, withdrew $100.00 and atm goes down so I walked further in and there was no one at the front podium to greet customers and check id's, had to walk around and find someone to talk about this issue and when I found a group of staff, I had to wait over 10 minutes to be seen by them even though they were free and just standing there looking lost at what to do next, then I got impatient and walked around the casino till I found someone competent, just to be told it was my problem not their's, staff was rude, incompetent, and overall a very bad experience, I do not recommend anyone going here
