If I could give a negative five stars I would. On Thursday, October 19th, me and my wife entered the establishment around 2140hrs. We purchased 4 slices of pizza and a large Pepsi for $40 and the Pepsi was the best thing by far. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, extremely dry and tasteless. I’ve honestly had frozen pizza way better than this on numerous occasions. I know everyone can have a bad day so I called to inform the supervisor that the pizza was terrible. There were 3 people working, a young lady plating, a young man making the pizzas and a gentleman running the cash register. The girl answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that the supervisor was “EXTREMELY” busy and couldn’t come to the phone but she could help me. I said no, I’d prefer to speak with the supervisor and she told me to callback in 30 minutes. Now when we went there, no one was in there & it was the same when we left. The point of this is, poor customer service.
