Stayed in an ocean-facing single king bed room. Check in was quick and easy and the desk staff was polite an accommodating (we arrived early). We let them know we had a dog and they were more than inviting rather having an attitude that dogs might cause too much of a mess. The room was clean and had plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Only a small portion of the window could be opened so it was a bit stuffy. We had a microwave, TV, and mini fridge but they were unplugged so the fridge was warm. Good value for an overnight stay (with a pet) in Newport. Long flight of stairs on the property for beach access and within walking distance of Nye Beach attractions.
