Rooms were updated nicely, but the staff need attitude makeovers. The attendent giving out the wrist bands for the water park, didn’t seem to want to be there. When having questions about the tickets that came with our room states “not my problem”. She didn’t have the balls to say it to me, another guests was letting us know we had to go to the front desk, while thanking them, my husband heard her whisper this. The staff at the casino were so nice and helpful when my machine went nuts, would go back and gamble again. But definitely not worth the 3 hour drive for a discounted room.
