Worst experience ever. For a resort it lacks a lot of amenities. First the girl Jacqueline ay front desk does not know what customer service means. She had the worst attitude. What's the point of making a reservation if when you get there they cant find your reservation. After looking in the computer for 5 minutes she finds the reservation only to tell me that the room I had booked was not available. She said will give you other room is about the same. No apology or nothing and the room I got was dirty, the lamps were not working. I have stay in other resorts and I can say this was the worst. For the money you paid and not to even have a microwave or a fridge is just not worth it. Don't waste your money on this place.🤔
