So here's an honest review. I had a voucher so the price was irrelevant. The cashier was friendly, I do not remember her name. Paula was who seated me and was my server. She was fantastic. Made an otherwise subpar experience good. I came on a Friday. I am writing this from inside the restaurant. There is not much to report thats special. The food is not at temperature. It's borderline cold. Maybe when it gets busier and they turn the food over that'll solve it. Multiple empty tins at multiple stations. A ton of wasted potential in the setup.
There is no flavor to the chicken, or the chow mein and the powered mashed potatoes are way too thick and also lack flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was tough, but good overall.. I did not try the seafood, as I am allergic. I did not try the deserts, as they weren't impressive.
Sabrina was unpleasant. Paula, as I previously stated, was fantastic. Very friendly and very efficient. I used to be a server in a competitor's buffet and her service was some of the best I've seen. The rest of the experience was barely decent, and I regret eating here, even using the comp.
Definitely would not recommend at this point.
