If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start...first of all, I went through the drive thru. I sat there for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to come on over the intercom. Then all of a sudden, someone came out the back door and told me to drive up to the window because the intercom was broken. It probably would be a good idea to put a sign up stating to drive up/broken or something.
So I get to the drive up. Sat there waiting with my car running for someone to come to the window. After 3 minutes, this guy comes up to the window to take my order looking like he just came out of a garbage bin because his shirt was FILTHY!!! He took my order for the Garden Bowl Salad. I paid and waited for them to make it. When I tell you I waited for 15 minutes for a SALAD that would be an understatement.
He finally brought my salad to me. I was about to drive off, but something told me to look at it. When I saw the salad it was mediocre at best. Believe you me, the Steak & Shake I normally go to in Hoffman Estates is WAY BETTER! So I backed up to the window and honked my horn. Someone finally came to the window and I told him that I didn't have my avocado that should have been with my salad. Got it finally and left. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!
